SportDesign packages.

The optionally available SportDesign packages from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur emphasize the car's dynamic contours. They include a unique lower front section, side skirts and rear diffuser. The contrasting color Turbonite is exclusive to the Turbo models. Other color options are Black (high-gloss), paint finish in exterior color and Carbon.

Wheels.

Numerous variants for even more thrills: Aerodynamically optimized aero wheels increase efficiency. Optional RS Spyder and Mission E Design wheels take inspiration from special Porsche models. And optional Exclusive Design wheels add individual accentuating details. The Accent packages in Neodyme, Dark Silver, Black or the selected exterior color provide special contrasts — also exclusively in Turbonite for Turbo models. Accentuating details are featured on the Steering Wheel, gear selector, air vents, drinks holders and Curved Display. In addition, the accent strips on the doors and — in combination with the Sport Chrono package — the clock dial are individually emphasized.

Pepita houndstooth.

The classic Pepita houndstooth pattern on the seat centers in the front and rear follows the Porsche approach: "No future without an origin". Pepita houndstooth was previously offered as a Sonderwunsch (special request) for the Porsche 356. In the Taycan, it is available as part of the RaceTex / Pepita houndstooth leather-free interior¹. High-quality microfiber RaceTex is combined with an innovative textile material. It also includes contrast stitching in GT Silver on the seats and seat belts.

Curved Display.

The digital 16.8-inch Curved Display places the displays in the field of vision. Depending on individual preference and route, the focus is placed on different views, including classic round instruments, a full-surface navigation map and a minimalist view. External touch control panels also make it easier to adjust lighting and chassis functions.

Remote-Controlled Parking

Remote-controlled parking allows the driver to enter and leave a parking space via smartphone. The system automatically detects parallel and perpendicular parking spaces and measures their size. If the parking space is a sufficient size, the driver can exit the vehicle then initiate the park maneuvers. At the end of the parking maneuver, the vehicle is automatically switched off and locked.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

Radar- and video-based technology that monitors and automatically regulates the distance from the vehicle in front as required – even down to a halt by means of the stop-and-go function (selectable cruising speed from approximately 19 mph).

Night Vision Assist

Infrared thermal image displayed in the instrument cluster. Provides the driver with information beyond the range of the headlights. Detected pedestrians, deer, and other large wildlife are highlighted in yellow. Pedestrians within critical range are highlighted in red, and the driver receives an audio/visual warning.

Head-Up Display

High-quality and full-color projection of relevant driving information into the driver's field of vision.

The driver can choose between three views: navigation, power meter and user-defined. Under user-defined the driver can, depending on the vehicle specification, select a display of Sport Chrono or assistance systems. In addition, they can specify whether one or two contents should be displayed in the main display area and show or hide the status area. The display position and brightness can be adjusted directly in the head-up display to the driver's size and seating position.
