The powerful six-cylinder naturally aspirated flat engine underlines its motorsport origins with a 9,000 rpm — for a driving experience beyond the norm.
The 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) and the 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission transform propulsion into adrenaline rushes: with fast gear changes and sporty short gear ratios.
The standard braking system is already impressive with its high suitability for racetracks and very good pressure point behavior. The Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) decelerates with even higher braking performance, consistent brake pressure and excellent fading stability.
The 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) with sporty tuning and the 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission, which is 37 lbs lighter, delight with short gear ratios offering high agility. The gearshift feel: precise and direct.
Decisive for maximum thrill: elegant design highlights. The front fascia is painted in the exterior color and, thanks to the integration of the front indicators in the headlights, offers new space for cooling air inlets with Anthracite-colored grilles — in the black lower section with a black spoiler lip. The airblades can be painted in the exterior color upon request.
The HD-Matrix Design LED Headlights in Black with Accent Ring in White keep the destination in sight even in poor visibility conditions – standard with auto-high beam. The distinctive design, with interior components partially finished in Black, makes the vehicle appear even lower and sportier.
Whether with standard 20-/21-inch 911 GT3 lightweight forged aluminum wheels or even lighter 20-/21-inch 911 GT3 lightweight forged magnesium wheels: The 911 GT3 always seeks direct contact with the road — and finds it even off the racing line with ultra high performance (UHP) tires for increased mechanical grip. On request, the street-legal track tires, specially developed for use on the racetrack, further increase grip in dry road conditions.
The side plates of the fixed rear wing with swan neck connection as well as the wing supports made of aluminum that are fixed to the body have also been aerodynamically optimized — and are painted in the exterior color as standard for the first time.
On the verge of perfection, every detail is crucial. That is why the lightweight door panel and the door grab handles in satin carbon fiber also reduce the weight.
The dashboard upper section covered with Black Race-Tex as well as the badge with the Weissach Package logo on the passenger side and the headrests with the embroidered Weissach Package logo increase the anticipation of motorsport experiences.
The BOSE® Surround Sound System was specially developed for Porsche and along with the BOSE® Centerpoint technology, the system guarantees a spatial and powerful sound with its 12 speakers and 570 watts of total output.
The folding lightweight bucket seats made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) in a high gloss carbon fiber finish consistently continue the lightweight construction concept of the 911 GT3 in the interior.
Parking proximity sensors on the rear with audible proximity warning and distance graphic on the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) screen.
Note: Reversing camera is standard.
HomeLink® integrated and programmable remote control for up to three garage door, gate, lighting and/or property alarm systems.
Pre-wiring for Porsche Dashcam (front and rear), which is available separately via Tequipment.
